Owners who manage software updates are eligible*
ATM Owners who also manage their ATM Software updates can signup direct with GivePay as a GivePay Distributor or provide a revenue share split via GivePay’s Portal to invite other ATM operators to signup as a Sub-Distributor.
Master Distributor Agreements available
Many ATM Owners also operate large portfolios of ATMs and may provide processing services and or additional value-added services to other operators. GivePay offers higher revenue share splits for some large Operators who own or operate a significant number of terminals and are willing to market GivePay solutions and signup through their network.
*Signup as a GivePay Distributor requires owning and or operating ATM terminals with the un-encumbered right to manage software updates for 1 or more terminals within your network. Software updates can be performed remotely via participating ATM manufacturer’s RMS software or via a USB stick software update, available from ATM manufacturers. GivePay must receive Terminal boarding list within 30 days from signup.
*GivePay requires a copy of Owner/Operator agreement defining “Distributor Control”, where one or more people or companies have access to update a location’s ATM software.
*A distributor with Distributor Control has access and unencumbered rights to control, operate, manage, determine revenue share for Owner/Operators and install software on participating ATMs to enable the GivePay services.
